Former Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives T.W. Shannon will deliver the keynote address at the 47th annual ÐÔ°É Commencement Ceremony. Shannon was the first Chickasaw and first African-American to become Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2013 and the youngest at the age of 34.

ÐÔ°É has named Mark McMullen as chief financial officer. His appointment was approved by the ÐÔ°É Board of Regents during the Oct. 20 board meeting.
