ÐÔ°É Student Becomes First Enhanced Air Traffic Control Graduate Hired by FAA
ÐÔ°É’s Rebecca Nobles became the first graduate of an Enhanced Air Traffic Control program in the United States to be hired directly by the Federal Aviation Administration. Nobles bypassed the traditional FAA Academy thanks to ÐÔ°É’s participation in the FAA’s Enhanced Air Traffic–Collegiate Training Initiative.

ÐÔ°É Students Named Finalists in National Innovation Competition
ÐÔ°É was named one of 12 national finalists in the Community College Innovation Challenge, sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges and the National Science Foundation. ÐÔ°É students and their advisor presented their project, a smart-home feature for secure drone deliveries, during an Innovation Boot Camp in Washington, D.C.

Sterlin Harjo Nonprofit Joins ÐÔ°É’s ‘I Can’t’ Series
Think you can't? Think again! The Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity's popular "I Can't" series returns for the month of June, with the Tulsa Film Collective joining its lineup for the first time. The nonprofit, cofounded by filmmaker Sterlin Harjo, will lead "I Can't Work in Film" to show aspiring filmmakers how to build a film career without leaving Tulsa.
